Supplies-

Glue

24 small googly eyes

12 mini paper cups

awl

string of white holiday lights

 

Directions –

1. Glue a pair of eyes to onto side of each mini paper cup, about halfway between top and bottom.

2. Punch a small hole in bottom of each cup with awl.

3. Hang string of lights. Push 1 or 2 lights through hole in each cup.
