2 eggs
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 tsp. salt
8 -10 cups flour
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add warm water and yeast. Then add sugar, cooking oil, and salt. Add flour until dough is elastic. Knead and let rise. Make buns or place in fridge (covered). Punch down every day.
Take dough out of fridge 4 -5 hours before using.
Bake at 400* for 35 minutes.
I find that this recipe is good for cinnamon rolls or doughnuts. For buns, I didn’t use as much sugar as it called for.
