3 cups washed and cut Rhubarb
1 tsp and 1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of salt
Method:
Combine sugar and flour, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Add to cubed rhubarb and mix again. Pour into unbaked shell and dot with margarine. Add top crust and place in hot oven for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 350* for 40 minutes more.
