Rhubarb Cream Pie

3 cups Rhubarb

1 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsp. flour

2 egg yolks

Mix this up in a large bowl and stir it several times to mix it, while you make your pie. You can either mix the whites in with the yolks or put them on the top of an open pie. I just let them go with the yolks and put on a top crust. Bake until done.
