Hot Fudge Pudding

Heat oven to 350*

Blend in bowl:

1 cup flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. cocoa

Stir in:

1/2 cup milk

2 Tbsp. cooking oil

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Spread in a 9 inch square pan.

In a small bowl, blend:

1 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/4 cup cocoa

Sprinkle sugar mixture over top of batter.

Pour over all:

1 3/4 cup HOT water

Bake 45 minutes, serve warm or cold
