Coconut Pie

2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup bisquick mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup coconut

Combine milk, sugar, bisquick mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend for 3 min. on low speed. Pour into greased 9″ pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and bake 350* for 40 minutes – serve warm.
