Chocolate Pie Filling

Into pan put:

2 cups milk

1/2 cup sugar

heat to almost a boil, stirring often.

Into a bowl put:

1/2 cup sugar

2 heaping Tbsp. corn starch

2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa

2 egg yolks

Add enough milk to make it pour-able. Pour chocolate mixture into milk and stir until thickened. Remove and add 2 tsp. vanilla or to taste and 1/2 cube butter. Pour into pie shells.

** When pudding is cool, drop in nuts, chocolate chips, hershey candy bits. etc. before putting into shells.
