Chocolate Dessert

2 cups flour

1 cup butter or margarine

1 cup chopped nuts

Mix well and spread in a 13×9 baking dish. bake 15 min. @ 350*

Mix together and spread on cooled crust –

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup cool whip

1 cup powdered sugar

Cook and cool. Spread over first 2 layers –

2 small pkgs. vanilla pudding (not instant)

3 cups milk

Can spread cool whip over last layer (pudding). Cool well.

Very good and fattening!

**MOM Chase uses 2 large pkg. vanilla and 4 1/2 – 5 cups milk. Sprinkle with nuts.
