Pineapple squares

1 cup flour

3 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. baking powder

1 egg

Mix well and spread on the bottom of a baking tin and cover with half of a tin of drained – crushed pineapple. then cover with the following:

2 cups of coconut

1 cup sugar

1 Tbsp. melted butter

2 eggs well beaten

Bake at 325* for 35 minutes.
