3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg- beaten
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 cup coconut
Cream margarine, add sugar, then beaten egg, and dry ingredients; add coconut. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and shape with fork. Bake at 325* for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
