1 cup flour
1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
Mix like crumbs. Pack in 13x9x2″ pan and bake 10 minutes then add topping and bake 25 minutes.
Topping:
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup coconut
1 cup cherries
1/2 cup walnuts
Ice with:
2 cups icing sugar
3 Tbps. butter
3 Tbsp. cherry juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract
