Cherry Surprise Balls

1/2 cup margarine

1 3/4 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)

1/2 tsp. almond extract

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups fine coconut

Mix together in bowl and set aside –

Drain 3 1/2 oz. maraschino cherries well. Take about 1 tsp. of above mixture and form around a cherry.  Roll in finely crushed graham cracker crumbs.

this can be frozen but when taken out of freezer, keep in fridge so they don’t get soft.
