Candy Divine

1 1/2 cups golden yellow sugar

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

3 Tbsp. Rogers Golden Syrup

1 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups walnut chunks

Combine sugars, syrup and milk in a deep sauce pan. heat and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Stir constantly until a soft ball stage forms in cold water.  (234- 240*) add walnuts and beat until mixture loses its gloss, drop by tsp. onto buttered wax paper on cookie sheet.
