1 1/2 cups Golden Yellow Sugar (brown sugar or raw brown sugar)

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

3 Tbsp. Rogers Golden Syrup (http://www.canadaonly.ca/products/Rogers-Golden-Syrup.html)

1 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups walnut chunks

Combine sugars, syrup and milk in a deep saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil; stir constantly until “soft ball” sage in cold water (234*-240*) Add walnuts and beat until mixture loses its gloss. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered wax paper or cookie sheet.
