1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 cups Graham wafer crumbs
1 egg
1 cup coconut
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg. Add crumbs, coconut, milk and other items. Bake 30 minutes at 350* in square pan 1″ deep. Serve the following day. May be iced or topped with whipped cream.
