Banana Cake

1/2 cup shortening

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

2 banana’s (mashed)

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. vinegar

1 cup sugar

2 cups flour

1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Cream sugar and shortening. Beat in eggs. Add mashed banana’s then stir in dry ingredients and milk, to which vinegar has been added.

Bake in 350* oven

Frost with Vanilla butter icing
