Macaroni
cheddar cheese – grated
4 crackers, crushed
tomatoes – diced
green pepper
salt
pepper
Oregano
Dried parsley
butter (4 pats)
Cook macaroni as directed. Drain, add egg, crackers, some cheese, salt, pepper, oregano to taste, and enough milk to keep it from baking dry. Put a layer of macaroni in pie shell and a layer of tomatoes, green pepper, and grated cheese. Repeat.
Sprinkle top with cheese, tomato, green peppers, and dried parsley. Put the pats of butter on top and bake until the pie shell is done.
