Yummy Whipped-Cream-Marshmallow Dessert

Combine:
24 graham cracker wafers – crushed

1/4 cup margarine – melted

1 1/2 cups strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or blueberries (huckleberries are nice too!)

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Cook together for a short time.

Cut up 32 large marshmallows

Whip 1 pint of cream and add to marshmallows

Put layer of crumbs in bottom of 9×9″ pan

add 1/2 of whipped cream mixture

Cover with berries

Put other half of whipped cream mixture on berries

Cover with the rest of the crumbs

Chill 1 day in fridge before eating – this gives the marshmallows time to swell

Yield 8 servings
