2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses or Soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
Combine flour, sugar, mustard and spices.
In a separate container combine liquids then add to dry ingredients. Stir to combine well. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened slightly. Use to serve with pork chops, pork steak, ham cubed, beef, etc.
Example: Brown 6 or more chops and place in a roaster in alternate layers; with onion rings. Pour sauce over and roast for about an hour at 350* or until chops are tender and sauce is bubbly and thickened.
Delicious when served with fluffy white rice and french style green beans.
