Fill each single stalk with blended cream cheese and Roquefort (blue cheese); cream cheese and tangy cheese; cream cheese and pinapple cheese, or any of the butters. Press all back together in orginal bunch. Chill and slice. A small quantity of cream or evaporate milk or mayonnaise may be added to filling to obtain a smooth creamy consistency.
