1 jello (lemon, lime, or pineapple)
1 cup boiling water
-Stir well and slightly cool
Add-
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup grated carrot
1cup cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple – drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup canned milk
– Mix all together and put in fridge to set (can be made a day ahead).
