3/4 cup water
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1 1/4 tsp . prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. worcershire sauce
1/4 cup catsup
Simmer water and cornstarch together until clear (about 5 minutes). Cool. Add rest of ingredients and heat until smooth. Chill. Use as needed – shake before using.
Yield 1 1/4 cups.
