Lime Coal Salad

2 pkg. lime jello

2 cups boiling water

8 oz. cream cheese

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 pint whipping cream – whipped

1 can crushed pineapple – drained

 

Melt cream cheese.

Dissolve jello in boiling water and add melted cream cheese, marshmallows, and sugar. Set in fridge until slightly thickened then fold in whipped cream and pineapple. Chill until set.
