Hot Fudge Sauce

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

3/4 cup sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/3 cup light corn syrup

1/3 cup butter

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Combine cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Blend in the evaporated milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Serve warm.

* Makes delicious hot fudge sundae’s and banana splits. A little goes a long way!
