Glazed Strawberry Mold

1 3oz. pkg. strawberry jell0

1 cup hot water

12 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries – thawed

1 cup evaporated milk or Whipping cream

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped nuts

 

Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly. Stir in defrosted berries and chill until syrupy. Whip milk/cream until stiff, add lemon juice and whip to VERY stiff. Fold in marshmallows, nuts, and cream mixture into jelly mixture. Spoon into a 7 cup mold for a decorative dessert.
