Emerald Cabbage

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

3 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced green pepper

1/2 cup onion

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. M.S.G. (optional)

dash of pepper

Melt butter, add cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion, salt, M.S.G., and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 10-12 mintues, sturing occasionally. Serve at once.

Yield 6 servings.
