Have ready, favorite white cream sauce – thin like gravy
put together into layers alternating with sauce in greased casserole dish:
1 cup fresh from garden green peas
1 cup fresh from garden green beans
1 cup fresh from garden yellow beans
1 cup fresh from garden young carrots
Top with bread crumbs moistened with melted butter. Add remaining white sauce and bake at 350* for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
This may be made as large or as small as you need for your family and guests.
Also, works well with leftover vegetables (med. oven 325* til heated through).
