Sausage Cassarole for two

1 lb. sausage

cold water

3/4 cup rice

1 qt. tomatoes

lg. onion- chopped

green pepper – chopped

salt

pepper

Put sausage in pan with cold water and bring to a boil; drain and put in cassarole dish. Add rice (1/2 cup for three people), tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350* until done.
