4 – 6 thin pork chops
2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
Pepper and Salt
2 eggs
1 – 2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. shortening
Roll porkchops in flour, dip in egg and milk, roll in bread crumbs or cracker crumbs until coated. Pan fry until tender and brown. Delicious with apple sauce.
