1 envelope Knox Gelatine
2 Tbsp. Cold water
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter – melted
3/4 cup sweet milk
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can salmon
Red and yellow food coloring
Soak gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes. Mix egg yolks – slightly beaten, with salt, mustard, butter, milk and vinegar. Cook in double boiler stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add soaked gelatine and salmon, which has been separated into flakes. Turn into fish mold. Add a few drops of red and yellow food coloring for deeper color.
