Baked Salmon Loaf

1 can or 1 lb. salmon

1 can vegetable soup

2 cups very fine cracker crumbs

1 onion – finely chopped

1 large egg

 

Flake salmon, mix including salmon liquid with remaining ingredients. Pack in greased loaf pan and bake in 350* oven for 3o minutes or until set. serve hot with tomato or egg sauce or cold.
