Brown 1 lb. hamburger and 1 medium onion. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup. “Rinse cans, add to mixture.” I am quite positive that we do NOT add the cans to the mixture!

Combine with 1/2 cup raw rice, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 1/2 cup water, 1 can bean sprouts and 4 Tbsp. soy sauce. Turn into greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350*. The last 20 minutes, add a topping of Chinese noodles.
