2 lbs. spare ribs cut small
Boil in salted water until tender. Drain, brown in pan with a chopped onion.
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 onion sliced
1 tin pineapple
1 cup celery
2 Tbsp. gravy mix
2 Tbs. soya sauce (soy sauce)
1/3 cup vinegar
ground pepper
Combine gravy mix and cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and pineapple juice. Cook until thickened, add vegetables and pineapple. Simmer all together for at least 10 minutes before serving.
