1 cup cold minced meat

1 onion

1/2 cup gravy

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup mashed potatoes

1/4 cup milk – hot

1 tsp. butter

pepper

parsley

Cut onion fine, mix with gravy, meat, salt and pepper. Mix milk, butter and potatoes. Cover meat with potatoes, bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
