1 -2 inch layer sliced raw potatoes
1 layer sliced raw onions
1 layer sliced raw carrots
1/4 cup raw rice
1 tin peas and their liquid
1 lb. hamburger or link-style sausage
1 cxan tomato soup
1 can water
salt and pepper
In a deep 9″ greased casserole arrange sliced potatoes, onions, carrots, sprinkling each later with salt and pepper. Scatter rice over the vegetables, then our peas and liquid over the top. Cover with meat then add soup mixed with water. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350*. Uncover and bake 15-30 minutes longer.
