1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
Combine, meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into balls. Blend soup and water til mixture begins to simmer, add meatballs. Cook at 15 lbs. pressure (with pressure cooker) for 10 minutes. Let pressure go down normally.
Yield – 6-8 servings
(I use just a pan with a tight fitting lid and simmer until they’re done.)
