Pineapple Con-Carne

1 can brown pork and beans

1 can red kidney beans

1 lb. hamburger (browned with salt and onion)

1 can pineapple – drained

1/4 cup vinegar

2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or white)

1 tsp. Mustard

 

Cook hamburger until browned, add salt and onion. Add brown beans, red beans, and 1/4 cup vinegar. Add 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or white), pineapple, and mustard. Let simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. Place in casserole pan and bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350*.

Yield Serves 2 for one week
