Brown and cook approximately 1 1/2 lbs. of your choice of a medium tender steak.
Prepare oriental sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup vinegar
juice form a tin of pineapple tidbits
3 Tbsp. light molasses
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Mix ingredients in saucepan; cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir one minute.
Add the pineapple tidbits to the steak, pour on the sauce ans simmer approximately 30 minutes and serve with hot rice.
