1 lb. hamburger
1 onion – finely chopped or grated
1 tsp. salt
I can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can pineapple chunks – drained
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
dry mustard (dash)
Combine hamburger, onion and salt. Mix well and form into walnut sized balls. Brown and put out on plate. In the frying pan used to cook the meatballs, make the sauce using the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Bring to a boil.
In a greased casserole, add and mix the beans, and pineapple. Place meatballs on top of vegetables then pour the sauce over and cook for 3o minutes at 350*.
Serve over rice
