Batter:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
Mix all together. Grease and flour pan. Pour out batter on to pan and cover to edges.
Sauce:
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
Mix and place on batter.
Meat topping:
1 – 1 1/2 lb. sausage or hamburger
Fry until browned. Add to batter and bake on a low rack in oven at 425* for 15 minutes or til brown. Remove from oven and arrange other meat, onions, mushrooms, cheese and bacon over batter. Place back in oven and heat until cheese melts.
