Dilly Meatloaf

1/2 cup barbecue sauce with onion bits (may add dried onion to reg. sauce)

2 lbs. ground beef

2 cups dry bread crumbs

1 1/2 tsp. salt

Dash of pepper

1/3 cup chopped dill pickle

 

Heat oven to 350*

 

Combine all ingredients except the barbecue sauce. Mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow dish and bake at 350* for 1 hour. Spread with remaining barbecue sauce and return to oven for 15 minutes.
