Corn Moussaka

1 – 17 oz. can whole corn, drained

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 Tbsp. flour

1 8oz. can tomato sauce

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs – beaten

1 1/2 cups cream style cottage cheese with chives, drained (I don’t see this in the market today. I would add chives to cottage cheese). 

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1- 4oz. pkg. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Spread corn into ungreased pan. Cook beef, drain and add flour. Cook 1 minute.

Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon. Pour over corn.

Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat mixture, top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. bake another 10-15 minutes.
