“Chilla” Con Carne

1 lb. ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 Tbsp. cooking oil

1 can red kidney beans

1 tin tomato soup

1-2 tsp. “Chilla” chili powder

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. vinegar

 

Brown beef, onion and green pepper in the cooking oil, in a large fry pan or sauce pan. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Serve with a basket of Garlic Bread.
