Pear and Pineapple Jam

4 cups diced pears

juice of 1 lemon

juice of 2 oranges

Heat until pears look transparent

add 6 cups sugar

Boil 5 minutes

add 1 can crushed pineapple

1/2 bottle of Certo (Pectin)
