4 cups warm milk

1 cup sugar

4 tsp. salt

mix in small pan and scald

3 cakes of yeast (3 yeast packets)

4 eggs

14 -15 cups flour

1 cup butter

Mix together

*This is a very nice dough for donuts, maple bars, etc.
