Orange Bread

Rind of 2 oranges

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 tsp. salt

Boil 15 minutes and add

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Set aside to cool

Beat 1 egg in mixing bowl and add boiled mixture.

2 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

mix together with egg mixture

Bake in small round cans (yes! that said ‘cans’) or large loaf pan at 350* for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour.
