Muffins for Two

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 Tbsp. sugar

3 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup milk

2 eggs

3 Tbsp. shortening – melted

 

Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and add melted shortening last. Fill muffin tins half full and bake in a quick hot oven about 2o minutes.

Yield 12 muffins
