I have been making list after list, but so far that is all that has gotten done since life has gotten in the way. Are you all ready for Christmas? I’m NOT ! I thought I was. I sent the kids gifts off, got the grands squared away, sent out the cards, delivered other cards and got the tree up.

Then… someone invited us to their house for Christmas since my parents have moved away are out of town. HA! So, with that invitation, I couldn’t arrive empty handed! My list grew to 15 people! 7 of them kids. Easy Peasy. NOT!

So here is what I am going to do. My hostess wants an Old Fashioned Memorable Christmas so I am going make/buy a pile of “old fashioned” candies and crafts that we had when she and I were little and bag them up in age appropriate amounts to give to each individual.

This list includes:

Caramel Corn

Chocolate covered pretzels

Popcorn balls

Fudge

Peanut Brittle

Dog biscuits for the dogs! HA!

Lifesaver dolls (made from yarn and a roll of lifesavers)

Ribbon Candy

Dinner Mints

Biscotti

M&M Candy canes

Oranges/Apples

Candy canes

Butter cookies

Spiced Gumdrops

 

Have I forgotten anything? Or anyone? If so, I am sure I will be notified!
